Some of you may have noticed that we’ve been a little quiet on our blog and across social media in recent months. Well, we’re very happy to make a BIG return with our biggest feature announcement to date… Product Catalog!
This has been a long time in the making and is presently in beta testing. Our Product Catalog feature provides the ability to search supported integrations and distributors for products and services directly from the integration/distributor when creating a Quote, removing the need to manage your products in two places.
What’s currently supported?
Integrations and Distributors currently supported:
- Integrations: QuickBooks Online, ConnectWise, Autotask, and Kaseya BMS
- Distributors: Ingram Micro, Synnex, and Tech Data
How does it work?
When creating a Quote, simply click on + Add Item, where you’ll see a tab that will allow you to search products and services from your integration via name or sku, OR search distributor products via MPN. If searching by distributor, we present real-time pricing, product availability, and stock to help you make your choice:
Once you’ve selected a distributor and clicked Add to Quote, you can edit the Item Price, Cost, and details:
