New Feature: Search CRMs for People

Entering contact information in two different places is a pain, and a pain we hear about often, so it was about time we fixed it. As many of you know, as you enter a customer’s contact information in Socket, it searches the People records, trying to find a match. We’ve now extended that functionality to Zoho and Highrise CRMs, and it looks like this:

Immediately below the Prepared For header, there is a new section that indicates which source is being searched (by default it will be Socket). In the fields themselves, there is a magnifying glass icon that indicates which fields are searchable by the various sources. If we can’t find any results, you will see an icon in the field like so:

We will continue to add supported connectors to the search sources over the next while, but if there’s one you’d like to see, please comment below.
