Feature Update: Setting Region Form Field to Mandatory or Optional

When customizing which fields were required on your Quote Forms, first name, last name, email, country, and region were all mandatory fields. After receiving feedback from our customers, we are pleased to announce that the region can now be set to mandatory or optional depending upon your specific needs.

Simply go to “Settings” > “Form Fields” and leave the box checked for mandatory, or unchecked for optional as per the below screenshot:

Please be aware that this can impact tax and shipping settings – if you are utilizing these features, ensure that the rules are enforced at the country level.
