Socket Pro Tips: Search CRM for People
Our Search CRM for People feature is available with the following supported Connectors: Salesforce, Highrise, Zoho, Infusionsoft, Base CRM, and Nutshell CRM.
By default, as you enter a customer’s contact information in Socket, it searches the People records to find a match. The Search CRM for People feature allows this functionality to extend to your CRM simply by selecting your CRM.
When on the Quote Create screen, click on Socket right below the Prepared For heading as shown in the screenshot below:
This will display a dropdown where you can select the appropriate CRM as per the example below:
Once selected you can begin entering your customer’s information which will automatically search your CRM for the matching record(s) shown in the screenshot below:
